Breakfast had a fabulous selection. Choices ranged from a full English to local Greek dishes. Enjoyed the lovely views of Elounda and Spinalonga Islands each morning. The pool area was clean and peaceful, perfect for lounging after a long day. The gym had some basic equipment, but not what I expected. Having no busy atmosphere and having dinner options limited the variety. Encountered issues with Wi-Fi. Internet only worked half the time, leading to extra costs for mobile data. Had to place bath towels to manage sewage water backup on the first night. Despite that, the staff were generally helpful and tried to address concerns as they arose. The stay had its ups and downs, but those fine views and breakfast options made a difference!

Fine views from the Superior Bungalow with Sea View, really sets the mood for a relaxing getaway. The pool area, while smaller than advertised at around 18 meters, felt clean and spacious, with hardly anyone around to disturb the peace .
Internet woes plagued my stay. Packing up my gear to find Wi-Fi was frustrating, especially when I had to shell out for a mobile hotspot. The lack of a solid sewage solution made my first night rather unpleasant, with the smell lingering after the techs fixed it. Be careful in the bathrooms-floors get slippery quick, which might leave some guests feeling a tad uneasy. Though the hotel is marketed as family-friendly, a specific evening atmosphere was lacking, leaving me wanting for some entertainment after the sun went down.

The view from our room was the best. The room was large.
The bath tab was not adequately clean. We arrived at 6 in the afternoon just having checked Booked.net for availability (but we had not reserved it) and they said there were no rooms available. Then, through our mobile phone we visited www.Booked.net and we found some sea view rooms for 77 Euros. We showed the price and availability to the reception and told us that there is noone at the hotel from the reservations department and we could not stay. In addition, they told us that 77 Euros are per person. Then we were kind of irritated from their behavior and we told them that we are going to reserve the room through Booked.net and they should find a solution. Only then they made some phone-calls and finally they accepted the rate and after that they were very polite. So, people don't get intimidated from certain behaviors and defend your rights.
